Take a Look at this List showing you the Engagement Rates on Instagram you should be receiving with the amount of Followers you have:

500- 1000 Followers = 150-250 Likes Per Post

1000-3000 Followers = 200-300 Likes Per Post

3000-5000 Followers = 350-750 Likes Per Post

5000-10,000 Followers = 350-800 Likes Per Post

10,000 – 20,000 Followers = 500 – 1000 Like Per Post

20,000 – 30,000 Followers = 900 – 1500 Likes Post Post

30,000 – 40,000 Followers = 1,000 – 2,000 Likes Per Post

Engagement levels will drop during different times of the year, so do not worry if that has happened to you. This is perfectly normal. Although, these are the numbers you should be trying to achieve.
